La Villetta del Bosco is a charming property completely renovated in Tuscan and modern style immersed in the woods of Tuscany.

This little pearl is located about 15 minutes from Sansepolcro, the nearest city and 1 minute from Palazzo, the nearest village.

From the parking lot along the road, crossing the garden via a staircase, you access the main entrance of the house which is covered by a patio equipped with a table and chairs overlooking the garden.
The garden is very large and is equipped with a 4-seater hot-tub, as well as a large illuminated convivial table, ideal for summer lunches and dinners.

On the ground floor we find the kitchen area, fully equipped with everything necessary for the stay, the living area dominated by a large antique-style fireplace.
On the floor below there are three bedrooms, one ensuite, and two with a shared bathroom.
The bedrooms are in a minimal style, but very warm, welcoming and all bright.
The bathrooms are equipped with a shower each.

This magical place is ideal for couples or groups of friends (maximum 6 people) who want to have an experience in close contact with nature, relaxing, detaching themselves from the frenzy of the city and living to the rhythm of nature.

The area is well suited for walks and mountain bike trips.

Hello! I am Francesca, I am Tuscan and I have always lived in these places.

Given my passion for design and houses, I immediately began to collaborate with a well-known architect in the area. A collaboration that I have been carrying on for many years now, increasingly raising the level of my work.

For a few years, together with my family, we decided to give new life to this little villa that was in a deep state of decay. The structure has been kept the same, as the original, both in shape and materials, however a deep structural renovation has been carried out. Externally, La casetta nel Bosco, presents itself with a typical Tuscan, rural architecture, while inside it is equipped with all the necessary comforts, especially the living area and kitchen, which are dominated by a large fireplace.

There are three bedrooms and two bathrooms. La casetta nel bosco is ideal for a maximum of six people.

I personally take care of customer management, and related services. During your holiday you can always count on my help and my availability!
